While funding for Luther Court is partially provided by the Vancouver Island Health Authority; with government restraints and the increasing frailty of our clients, it is becoming difficult to sustain the unique role that Luther Court plays in the community.  The challenge is to provide the caring environment that our seniors deserve.  Seniors with dementia and mobility problems make up an increasing percentage of our clientele. In order to meet their needs, we must find additional funding. 

Donations to Luther Court Society may be made by pressing the PayPal button on the top right side of this page or through our Business Office.  A receipt will be issued according to Revenue Canada charitable donation guidelines.

Your donation of:

*  One dollar a day buys gas for our van trips so that our residents can enjoy a pleasant drive in the countryside 

*  A donation of $50 will provide our community with an afternoon of entertainment

*  A donation of $100 helps replace worn-out comforters or blankets

*  A donation of $500 wil improve the lighting in our care rooms and apartments, something that is vitally important for those whose sight is diminishing

*  Larger donations of $1000 and more can be used towards the purchase of lifts which are used to ensure the safe transfer of frail residents, will help to purchase gates to secure our therapeutic garden or to support ongoing improvement to an aging building
